ABOUT
Winford and Allene Small purchased Mansfield Dairy in 1970 from Carroll Pike and it has been the family business ever since. As a family, they modernized it to be the business that it is today. They added a variety of different dairy products ranging from milk, eggs, Cold Hollow Cider, and Cabot products as well. Their son, Winford Small Jr., took over the majority of the business alongside his mother in 2006 after the sudden passing of his father. Now, his son, Matthew Small, works for him and his other son, William
Small, helps out when he is home from college. Mansfield Dairy's goal is to be a family friendly icon in the community, providing great service at reasonable prices day in and day out.

Before I became the owner of this business I worked for my parents from the time I was 16 years old. After college I came back and started working full time. I took over my father's share of the business after his unfortunate passing. I have been able to expand and grow the business and hope to continue to do so.
Allene Small

I have been one of the owners of Mansfield Dairy for 50 years! I will continue to work until the day I die. I have seen people from the community grow up and have children of their own. I couldn't be happier with the job I do. You can see me working and managing our little store we have here!
Matthew Small

I'm the son of Winford Small and plan on taking over the business when the time comes. I have worked for my father for 3 years and will continue to do so. While I work for him, I am continuing my education in business so that I can be as great of an owner as my dad.
